Easy.Rentals & Easy.ForSale are a property management and Real Estate site. My challenge was to create the branding & the interface of the website.

With research goals in mind, I gathered contextual information about other competitors in the market. A competitive analysis revealed the strenght, weaknesses, similarities and differences between the competitors. Database is always centralized but managed by different API's.
The main differentiator would be the CRM system for the different type of users: buyers, tenants, owners, agents. The other differentiator is the franchise model structure of the business.
Branding
The design kicked off by already deciding the color palette. After having several mockup icons and isologos was easy to choose the final version. Creating all the branding design was just putting the pieces together.

The website design was a bit tricky considering the use of the API for the database. However the stucture we wanted to keep it simple and easy to update with dynamic data in order to follow the franchise model.
Main Page, Internal Page & Detail page were the three templates the site follows.
